- experience working with partnerships, projects, or external stakeholders (NGOs, business, educational or social initiatives) is considered an advantage;
- strong communication skills: ability to build dialogue, negotiate, and maintain working relationships;

- basic skills in preparing analytics (number of partners, types of services, cooperation statuses, results);

Responsibilities
- searching for, attracting, and developing partnerships with NGOs, businesses, educational platforms, psychological services, cultural and leisure initiatives;
- building communication with partners — from initial contact to agreeing on the format of cooperation;
- transferring attracted partners to the relevant internal directions (training, psychology, leisure) and coordinating further interaction;
- matching the needs of service members and veterans with partners’ capabilities;
- maintaining agreed arrangements and developing long-term partnership relationships;
- collaborating with other members of the Partnerships Department to build a unified partnership ecosystem;
- systematically tracking partnership work (contacts, agreements, statuses);
- preparing basic analytics and reporting on partnerships and services provided;
- participating in public events, meetings, and networking to develop the partnership network;
- conceptualizing and initiating joint projects with partners.
Terms
