- the candidate must have practical experience applying modern AI models and tools;
- understand how LLMs and generative AI work — their capabilities, limitations, and typical mistakes;
- be able to automate workflows in practice using AI tools;
- have skills in working with APIs and integrating various services with each other;
- have experience in programming or scripting in at least one language — preferably Python;
- work confidently with large volumes of information, including structured and unstructured data, tables, and documents;
- be able to independently break down a workflow, identify a problem within it, and propose a technical solution — not just use ready-made AI tools;
- be knowledgeable about confidentiality, information security, and the risks associated with external AI services;
- quickly master new technologies and apply them to non-standard practical tasks;
- follow given instructions precisely and meet tight deadlines;
- experience building AI agents, RAG systems, internal knowledge bases, or chatbots will be an advantage;
- experience with workflow automation and orchestration platforms will be an advantage;
- experience working with databases and SQL will be an advantage;
- experience developing own software products, internal services, or prototypes will be an advantage;
- experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, software development, or business process automation will be an advantage;
- experience with local deployment of models and AI solutions in a closed environment will be an advantage;
- understanding of the specifics of military informational, analytical, or management processes will be an advantage.
Available in military units
Requirements
Responsibilities
- study the unit’s internal processes to identify areas where AI and automation will reduce task completion time, decrease manual work, and increase efficiency;
- create and implement AI solutions for automating document workflow, information processing, report generation, and data systematization and search;
- build tools capable of automatically processing large volumes of text, tables, and other structured and unstructured information;
- create internal AI assistants, knowledge bases, and search and analytical tools tailored to the unit’s needs;
- combine AI models with existing programs, databases, and internal information systems;
- shift repetitive workflows into automatic mode using APIs, scripts, low-code/no-code platforms, and other tools;
- take part in developing auxiliary software and analytical solutions for military and combat processes according to the unit’s needs;
- test AI solutions in operation, evaluate their accuracy and practical value, monitor model performance, and improve the systems already built;
- document the solutions created and train service members to use the implemented tools;
- comply with information security requirements when working with official information, preventing sensitive data from reaching unauthorized external AI services.
