- hands-on experience working with AI models and integrating them via API (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.);
- confident programming skills in Python, PHP, or JavaScript, or experience implementing no-code solutions;
- understanding of fundamental NLP and LLM/ML principles, along with skills in crafting effective prompts (Prompt Engineering);
- practical experience building text-based or voice bots;
- ability to configure integrations using Webhooks, APIs, and HTTP requests;
- awareness of the limitations, potential risks, and security requirements when deploying AI solutions;
- experience with vector databases will be considered an advantage.

- building and deploying AI tools to automate the company’s internal processes (chatbots, content generation, analytical AI solutions);
- connecting and configuring AI models (OpenAI API, Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini, etc.) within websites, bots, CRM systems, and other products;
- crafting effective prompts and designing interaction logic for LLM systems;
- implementing low-code/no-code AI-based solutions (Make, Zapier, etc.), as well as developing custom interfaces or bots powered by LLM/ML models;
- contributing to the creation of user personalization mechanisms (recommendation blocks, tailored email campaigns or messages);
- working closely with product managers, the marketing team, and designers on AI service development;
- overseeing data protection and ensuring adherence to ethical standards in AI usage.
