Requirements

  • confident navigation of PCs and operating systems (Windows/Linux);
  • knowledge of programming languages (Python/C#/JavaScript or others);
  • understanding of computer network principles (TCP/IP, routing, basic configuration);
  • practical experience working with databases (SQL preferred);
  • ability to work in Excel at the level of formulas and process automation;
  • ability to analyze situations and independently find solutions to tasks;
  • conscientiousness and adherence to discipline;
  • practical experience in system administration is an advantage;
  • involvement in creating internal CRM/ERP or accounting systems is an advantage;
  • knowledge of cybersecurity is an advantage;
  • prior experience working in the public sector or military structures is an advantage;
  • knowledge of military document management specifics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • developing and supporting internal software and tools for the needs of the military unit (personnel records, finance, document management, reporting);
  • implementing process automation within units (Excel, databases, internal systems);
  • technical maintenance of computer equipment and network infrastructure;
  • configuring PCs, printers, scanners, and other peripherals;
  • managing the local network and user accounts;
  • ensuring information security (access management, backups, antivirus protection);
  • promptly resolving technical issues (helpdesk);
  • coordinating with other services to implement digital solutions.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
