higher education (not lower than bachelor’s level, master’s level for senior positions);

officer rank (typically second lieutenant to major, depending on unit level);

knowledge of logistics support doctrines;

proficiency in operational planning skills according to NATO standards (MDMP or TLP process);

ability to work with logistics and accounting information systems.

logistics planning: developing material and technical support plans for operations, including supply needs assessment;

resource provision: organizing the safe production, storage, and distribution of ammunition, fuel and lubricants, food supplies, and personal equipment;

technical support: monitoring the technical condition of weapons and military equipment, organizing their evacuation and repair;

rear support management: leading the work of rear support units (supply platoon, repair units) and coordinating with the medical service;

documentation: maintaining records of material resources, preparing reports on supply status, and developing logistics orders.
