- intermediate-level experience with Webflow, WordPress, and Weblium CMS platforms;
- experience working with chatbots and SendPulse mailing/campaign tools;
- confident use of Google Drive (spreadsheets, documents, folder structure) and experience with task managers;
- fluency in Ukrainian and English (required);
- skills in adapting text for different platforms (website, ads, chatbot), with an understanding of UX content logic;
- basic understanding of landing page structure, conversion blocks, and CTAs;
- basic understanding of SEO optimization;
- experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini);
- attention to detail and responsibility for meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
- populating and regularly updating website content (articles, text, banners, messages);
- updating scripts, texts, and scenarios in chatbots (Telegram, Facebook, and others);
- creating content for advertising campaigns (text for banners, landing pages, messages), updating UTM tags, CTAs, and captions according to campaign requirements;
- collecting and organizing content (photos, videos, testimonials, quotes, stories), maintaining its structure and logic in cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.);
- gathering content update needs from other team members (via briefs, spreadsheets, or chat);
- coordinating with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure timely material updates;
- monitoring deadlines for publications, uploads, and updates;
- ensuring content aligns with the organization’s tone of voice and basic UI/UX principles.
Terms
