Requirements

  • fitness for military service based on health condition and moral-psychological qualities;

  • readiness to serve in rear areas and combat task zones;

  • age 18 years and above;

  • education: secondary, secondary specialized, or higher;

  • basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs);

  • ability to work with documentation and organize its recording and storage;

  • developed organizational and communication skills;

  • discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail;

  • ability to work in a team and organize the work of subordinates.

Responsibilities

  • organizing and coordinating the work of the section’s personnel;

  • monitoring the completion of tasks assigned to subordinate personnel;

  • participating in maintaining documentation, records, and preserving the unit’s historical materials;

  • organizing the collection of information about the unit’s combat history, events, and personnel;

  • participating in the preparation and conduct of ceremonial, memorial, and protocol events for the unit;

  • contributing to the preservation and development of military traditions, symbols, and the unit’s history;

  • coordinating with section officers, the press service, and other units on matters of history and traditions;

  • maintaining military discipline and the moral-psychological condition of the section’s personnel;

  • carrying out other tasks as assigned by separate command.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
