- experience with metal structures, welding, armor components, or heavy equipment;
- understanding of structure manufacturing and installation technologies;
- ability to read and develop technical documentation and drawings;
- skills in strength calculations and material selection;
- technical education or experience in the defense/repair field (preferred);
- discipline, responsibility, and ability to work in a team with mechanics and welders.

- verifying the reliability of installed structures;
- coordinating with mechanics, welders, and vehicle crews.
