Requirements

  • specialized secondary or higher technical education (radio engineering, electronics, telecommunications, etc.);
  • knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, the operating principles of radio-electronic equipment, and modern component bases;
  • experience in diagnosing, repairing, or developing electronics;
  • confident assembly and soldering skills, including working with SMD components and modern soldering equipment;
  • knowledge and practical experience in radio engineering (RF/microwave), with the ability to work with measuring instruments (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes) — a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and repairing EW equipment and other radio-technical and electronic devices;
  • assembling, testing, upgrading, and adapting existing electronic equipment to meet the unit’s needs;
  • developing and assembling new electronic devices;
  • liaising with equipment manufacturers: drafting technical specifications for equipment improvements, and managing warranty and post-warranty service;
  • selecting and procuring necessary components and parts.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
