Requirements

  • technical training in a related field;
  • experience organizing maintenance and repair of equipment;
  • knowledge of PDTR equipment, its maintenance, restoration, and inspection procedures;
    skills in fault diagnosis and determining methods to resolve them;
  • skills working with power supply systems, cabling, tools, and spare parts (ZIP);
  • skills in recording equipment, property, tools, and consumables;
  • ability to manage a team and oversee the completion of repair work;
  • fitness in terms of health and professional-psychological qualities;
  • responsibility, technical competence, organization, and discipline;
  • readiness to work in field conditions and carry out special tasks.

Responsibilities

  • managing the maintenance and repair team, assigning tasks to subordinates, and monitoring their completion;
  • organizing the maintenance, repair, restoration, and preparation of PDTR equipment for operation;
  • diagnosing faults in equipment, gear, and team property, and determining methods to resolve them;
  • overseeing the deployment, connection, configuration, and inspection of equipment;
  • working with power supply systems, cabling, tools, and spare parts (ZIP);
  • recording equipment, property, tools, spare parts, and consumables;
  • training subordinates in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair;
  • ensuring work safety, camouflage, and preservation of property;
  • reporting on technical condition, malfunctions, readiness, and the team’s needs;
  • carrying out special and general military tasks.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;

  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;

  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
