Requirements

  • age 18 or older;
  • ability to work in a team;
  • commitment to continuous self-improvement;
  • ability to handle stress;
  • attention to detail;
  • ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions;
  • desire to grow in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles;
  • experience flying any type of drone or using flight simulators is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • destruction of enemy personnel and equipment;
  • piloting large strike drones;
  • ensuring the operational readiness of UAV ground equipment;
  • conducting pre-flight preparations.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
