Requirements

  • ability to operate heavy UAVs such as Vampire, Heavy Shot, and similar models; experience with strike UAVs and relevant certifications will be an advantage;
  • experience conducting missions on “Mavic,” skills in payload operations, and experience with FPV drones and autopilot systems (DJI, Ardupilot, PXC) will be an advantage;
  • basic computer skills; technical/engineering education will be an advantage;
  • knowledge of general ammunition design and types, basic radio communication skills, mine safety, and rules for handling explosive ordnance;
  • readiness to work in various geographic and climatic conditions, willingness to operate in areas of active combat;
  • ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and make sound decisions;
  • organization, responsibility, stress tolerance, strong communication skills, and ability to coordinate with other units;
  • discipline, absence of harmful habits (alcohol, drug, or gambling addiction, etc.);
  • willingness to continuously learn and develop;
  • no criminal record and no outstanding credit debt.

Responsibilities

  • operating heavy drones such as Vampire and Heavy Shot;
  • performing combat tasks: striking enemy forces and fortifications, conducting precision strikes, delivering supplies;
  • handling ammunition;
  • maintaining and configuring UAVs and related equipment;
  • planning and executing combat missions.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;

  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
