- ability to operate heavy UAVs such as Vampire, Heavy Shot, and similar models; experience with strike UAVs and relevant certifications will be an advantage;
- experience conducting missions on “Mavic,” skills in payload operations, and experience with FPV drones and autopilot systems (DJI, Ardupilot, PXC) will be an advantage;
- basic computer skills; technical/engineering education will be an advantage;
- knowledge of general ammunition design and types, basic radio communication skills, mine safety, and rules for handling explosive ordnance;
- readiness to work in various geographic and climatic conditions, willingness to operate in areas of active combat;
- ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and make sound decisions;
- organization, responsibility, stress tolerance, strong communication skills, and ability to coordinate with other units;
- discipline, absence of harmful habits (alcohol, drug, or gambling addiction, etc.);
- willingness to continuously learn and develop;
- no criminal record and no outstanding credit debt.
