Requirements

a mid-level specialist with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands on social media;
the ability to create content that drives traffic, not just image-based posts;
ability to track trends, create viral formats, and evaluate their effectiveness;
ability to clearly communicate requirements to designers, photographers, and videographers;
proactive, responsible, and able to work independently;
understanding of the importance of information security and willingness to work according to established communication guidelines.

Responsibilities

developing and implementing an SMM strategy for us in collaboration with the Head of Communications;
creating content plans;
writing copy tailored to our objectives and goals;
creating technical specifications for designers;
creating Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos;
developing unique content concepts that inform, motivate, and break down barriers;
community management, specifically responding to comments and incoming messages within the approved communication guidelines;
forwarding inquiries from social media to us;
maintaining constant communication with military personnel and our team to create content (interviews, stories, shoots);
organizing and coordinating photo and video shoots;
analyzing the effectiveness of our social media channels, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
