Requirements

age 34 or younger;
a medical degree in General Medicine or Nursing;
responsibility, stress tolerance, and attention to detail;
willingness to learn and pursue professional development;
experience as a nurse (hospital, clinic, inpatient setting), emergency room nurse, or procedure room nurse;
willingness to work outside regular hours;
adherence to ethical and professional standards;
communication skills and empathy;
ability to provide nursing care and monitor the condition of military personnel;
experience assisting during examinations and procedures.

Responsibilities

proficiency in basic medical procedures: injections (IV, IM, SC);
blood draws; measurement of blood pressure, heart rate, SpO2, and body temperature;
dressing and treating wounds;
monitoring patients’ health;
assisting with the hospitalization and discharge of military personnel;
maintaining sanitary and hygiene standards within the unit;
maintaining medical records.
