Requirements

  • age 34 or younger;
  • a medical degree in General Medicine or Nursing;
  • responsibility, stress tolerance, and attention to detail;
  • willingness to learn and pursue professional development;
  • experience as a nurse (hospital, clinic, inpatient setting), emergency room nurse, or procedure room nurse;
  • willingness to work outside regular hours;
  • adherence to ethical and professional standards;
  • communication skills and empathy;
    ability to provide nursing care and monitor the condition of military personnel;
  • experience assisting during examinations and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • proficiency in basic medical procedures: injections (IV, IM, SC);
  • blood draws; measurement of blood pressure, heart rate, SpO2, and body temperature;
  • dressing and treating wounds;
    monitoring patients’ health;
  • assisting with the hospitalization and discharge of military personnel;
  • maintaining sanitary and hygiene standards within the unit;
  • maintaining medical records.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment bases, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
