Requirements

age 35 or younger;
physical stamina and the ability to perform physical tasks;
a desire to learn and improve one’s skills;
the ability to work effectively and harmoniously as part of a team and with colleagues;
the ability to make decisions in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment sites, and in field conditions;
basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
free access to training programs and lecture materials.
