- higher medical education in anesthesiology, with a valid certificate/license;
- professional experience, including work with emergency patients and in urgent (field) conditions;
- ability to perform anesthesiology procedures: airway management, respiratory support, regional anesthesia, central venous and arterial catheterization, ultrasound diagnostics, pleural and pericardial puncture;
- experience conducting resuscitation and intensive care procedures;
- readiness to work according to international emergency medical care standards, following evidence-based medicine principles;
- stress resilience, precision, and ability to work as part of a team;
willingness to contribute to the development of the brigade’s medical service and to take part in medical planning; - commitment to bringing quality medical care closer to the wounded;
- readiness to undergo regular training and professional development.

Responsibilities
- providing emergency medical care at the brigade’s stabilization point, including administering anesthesia and monitoring vital functions during field surgical procedures;
- organizing and conducting resuscitation measures, stabilizing wounded patients before and after surgery, and organizing the “resuscitation team’s” work;
- accompanying critical patients to medical facilities, including periodic duty on medical evacuation transport;
- selecting, preparing, and monitoring the serviceability and availability of medications and equipment for anesthesia and intensive care;
- maintaining medical documentation and records of medications and supplies used;
- periodically assisting in training unit medics and advising staff on intensive care matters.
