- willingness to learn, develop, and work as part of a team;
- medical education, TCCC/CLS certification, or skills in providing emergency medical care and stabilizing service members’ condition will be an advantage (training is provided if skills are lacking);
- experience working in combat conditions will be an advantage;
- physical endurance, ability to work under pressure, and quick decision-making;
- readiness for deployment to combat zones;
- communication skills, stress tolerance, ability to work in a team;
- no criminal record and no outstanding credit debt.

Responsibilities
- monitoring the health and physical condition of service members;
- providing emergency medical care and stabilizing service members’ condition in combat conditions;
- conducting medical examinations of personnel, escorting them to medical stations, and evacuating the wounded;
- carrying out stabilization procedures;
- training personnel in first aid practices;
- maintaining medical documentation and records of sick and wounded service members;
- coordinating with medical units and hospitals;
- organizing medical aid stations.
Terms
