- knowledge of Spanish;
- B2–C2 level (knowledge of English is not required but is a plus);
- proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs;
satisfactory physical condition to accompany military personnel during exercises; - a resume/cover letter describing communication experience and/or relevant language education.

Responsibilities
- assisting Spanish-speaking military personnel during their basic military training;
- providing Spanish–Ukrainian interpretation and translation services;
- reporting on the mental and physical well-being of Spanish-speaking military personnel;
- accompanying personnel to banks and medical facilities;
- willingness to travel periodically.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
