- age 18 to 35;
- knowledge of the field of explosives and relevant work experience, or an engineering degree and a willingness and readiness to learn the trade of bomb disposal;
- education: high school, vocational school, or college;
- a license to perform work involving explosives is a plus;
- good physical condition.

- clearing passages through enemy minefields;
- disposing of explosive ordnance.
Terms
