- psychological education;
- experience in providing psychological support to clients;
- experience in providing psychological support to military personnel or those with traumatic experiences is preferred;
- knowledge of psychological stabilization and support techniques is preferred;
- knowledge of the symptoms of anxiety and depression, their progression, and contributing factors is preferred.

- conducting psychological training sessions on specific topics in the form of lectures and workshops;
- providing psychological support to unit personnel;
- conducting individual and group psychological sessions;
- participating in psychological rehabilitation activities for personnel;
- assessing the unit’s social and psychological climate.
Terms
- the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
