Responsibilities

maintaining records;
maintaining and storing documentation;
organizing document management processes;
monitoring compliance with deadlines for processing and executing documents;
working with electronic databases and specialized software;
coordinating with other departments to obtain necessary information;
maintaining records of the battalion’s personnel and any changes.
