Requirements

  • possession of EMS provider-level skills;
  • possession of CPP-level provider skills is preferred;
  • possession of NAEMT certification is preferred;
  • knowledge of the international TCCC combat medic training program;
  • knowledge of English is preferred;
  • willingness to work in a combat zone is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • conducting training for combat medics in units, at the SMS level;
  • conducting training for recruits, at the CLS level;
  • regularly accompanying combat medic teams during specialized tactical exercises;
  • continuously collecting and analyzing data on training effectiveness;
  • working according to a set training program and the ability to create custom training materials;
  • managing training equipment and supplies;
  • direct participation in providing medical assistance at various stages of evacuating the wounded in combat zones.

Terms

  • the opportunity to serve under contract or through mobilization until the end of martial law;
  • the opportunity for active-duty service members to transfer from other units;
  • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support;
  • service at training grounds, at the unit’s permanent deployment bases, and in field conditions;
  • basic pay ranging from 25,000 to 127,000 UAH, depending on duties and place of service;
  • ongoing medical, psychological, and social support;
  • free medical treatment and rehabilitation;
  • regular training with professional instructors to improve combat skills;
  • free access to training programs and lecture materials.
